        I normally dont give bad reviews but this was a complete mess. I agreed to do a drop off for my dog for 2 vaccines. Dropped my dog off at 830ish. It was 300 and I never received a call so I was concerned. I call and they said my pet still needs to be seen by the doctor. 6 hours!! and hasn't been seen. They said my pet should be next and would be ready at 4. I come down at 415 and my pet is still not been seen. The nurse who I swear was high tried to tell me my dog peed in the kennel and they were cleaning her up. I finally get my dog back around 430 but she was covered in pee and poop, scared and shaking. Never spoke with the doctor and the nurse was clueless. What a joke of a clinic. Will not be coming back.

        If I could leave a 0 star, I would. The Henderson location on Stephanie St. is arguably the worst vet team I have ever encountered. They fail in some of the worst ways possible. Plaqued with laziness and incompetence, they were never able to pick up on what was actually happening to my dog back in 2023. I spent a ton of money on an xray that they couldnt bother to show me or send to another vet so I could get a second opinion. I did though, get a second opinion and of course had to pay for a second xray (not sure the first was ever actually taken, given they were unwilling to show it to anyone). With the help of a second opinion, I finally found out that my dog had pnemonia, and only after weeks of returning to banfield trying to figure out why her cough wasnt disappearing.
