Good communication and quick turn around on the appraisal. Plus, the appraiser took time to answer my questions after the appraisal. I would use them again.

I’ve been waiting for my appraisal to come back for 12 days. I am supposed to close in 2 days. I would not recommend that anyone use this appraisal company.
