Chad has been amazing throughout our entire home buying process! He was incredibly helpful, making a very complicated and daunting process as seamless and understandable as possible. His reasonable and experienced advice was invaluable throughout the entire process. Theres nobody else in the valley that I would look to if I had to purchase or sell a house!

We recently purchased a second home in the Summerlin Las Vegas area. Chad Roberts did an excellent job of assisting us. We made the purchase remotely from Virginia and we relied on Chad's knowledge of the area for the last 30 years. We are extremely pleased with the property that we were able to purchase in Summerlin. With Chad's help we were able to find a quiet neighborhood, cul-de-sac, and a pristine property both exterior and interior. I look forward to working with Chad again on future purchases and transactions.

My wife found Chad via Google as he had great reviews for "first time home buyers". We were attempting to look for a home during the time when it was a seller's market, before the interest rates started to skyrocket. The wife and I were unrealistic with our aspirations for our first home and did not realize how competitive the market was at the time. Through this, Chad was upbeat and always available to see a house or answer questions. Chad was very knowledgeable and thorough with every house and every question we had for him, even steering us away from potential problem properties. He worked with us for well over a year to get us into a home. Not once did he complain or show he was getting tired of ushering us around the Las Vegas valley. We had small children with us each time and he was very friendly and interacted with our children, even keeping them occupied if we needed a second to talk or look. I even felt comfortable enough, that on days I needed to work, my wife and children would look at houses with him and I knew they were safe. Once we started the process of actually getting into a home, Chad has a great team he worked with, they were all very helpful with each step. I did not feel at any point that I was being taken advantage of. He tried to have us work with the point of contacts for each thing (loan management or the like), but was always still accessible when we were unsure of something along that process. We also ran into a hiccup with the seller and Chad was there to defend us and get us the best deal out of a bad situation. I did not feel my money was in jeopardy, even when the deal looked grim that it might fall through. Even to this day, over a year after the finalizing of the purchase of our home, Chad still calls us to check in and make sure we are ok. He sends us emails about the comps and finances of our home. He has gained a life long (as long as we live in the valley) customer from us, whether it be to sell the current home or buying our next home. Thank you Chad!

Chad did a wonderful job helping me find my new home. When it seemed like I wasn't going to be able to find a place that gave me that "this is my new home" feeling he put a house on my list that turned out to be the one! He has always been professional and efficient in all the tines that he has either helped me buy or sale my home. He's the best!
