We were looking for a well managed metropolitan city different from Houston where we had lived since early 70s. Wanted somewhere not as crowded, not as humid, and not with radical conservative politics. searched from East to West, North to South and choose Las Vegas. Thru recommendation by friends found The Stewart Team Real Estate, headed by Leslie Stewart, and quickly knew we found the right real estate agent . Leslie is very prompt and responsive, understood what we were looking for and brought all the listings that would fit for us promptly for us to see, We found Leslie very professional, very prompt, fast and responsive. Very flexible and tolerant as we changed our mind several times. totally competent in dealing with title company, the building HOA, and sellers and their agent. Traveling frequently and not at location very much, she handled all the details and coordinated with the inspections and contractors; as well as the title company. Being experienced business persons and professionals, we needed a relator that could coordinate and manage all the loose ends of buying a luxury condominium which had all kinds of issues and leans. It was very comforting to have some one reliable and trustworthy as Leslie , handling all the matters and issues of the purchase, resulting to on time closing.
