        My technician Adam was great. He worked efficiently and got my gas control valve changed out as quickly and safely as possible. He also noticed some loose washers and tightened them for me while he was working on my water heater. I am very happy with his work and professionalism.

        The in home inspection was quick and easy. And the hot water heater inspection was flawless as well. Luckily no repairs or replacements were indicated, other than the age of the water heater. Service: Water heater repair

        Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has always met my needs with honesty and integrity. I have never felt pushed or cornered or lied to when I have had any plumbing issue. The techs are friendly and very knowledgeable and always make sure I know just what is going on, they also clean up after a job. I just had a difficult kitchen faucet replacement and they never give up to get the job done, even if they have to get additional help.

      Kat, thank you so much for the feedback! We really do appreciate it! Also, we do offer one hour and two hour time slots for appointments. You can reserve A one hour timeframe for $129 with guarantee or a two hour timeframe for $109 with guarantee.I know that it is frustrating to be waiting on a technician and I can assure you that we will get there as soon as we can. Sometimes the technicians calls take longer than planned due to repairs and we are not able to predict these sort of things if they take a more lengthy time.Thank you for your business! 😊
