Having issues with my air conditioner and spoke to 4 people this morning with no help...called Sunrise and spoke to Caroline and she was super helpful and scheduled a service and knew everything about my unit. She took the time to listen to my issue and handled it professionally. Nice to have someone who actually wants to take care of you. THANK YOU

The techs are fine, and probably very knowledgeable (quite ignorant when it comes to HVAC) the issue I have had has to do with scheduling. I bought a new home in December and since April we noticed we had AC issues. I schedule an appointment and the tech doesn’t show up. Turns out they scheduled a different day. The issue wasn’t resolved and I had to make numerous work requests (6 by my count) and 4 of the 6 the techs did not show up. I am constantly given excuses in an attempt to overlook their unprofessional. Excuses include “the tech couldn’t make it because he was stuck in traffic, our guy fell through the ceiling, we only have two techs etc”. My main issue is that they wait hours until after my appointment to tell me some excuse. As I write this I am waiting on yet another technician to fix my AC. We have waited 6 hours and it’s 91 in our house. We were fed another excuse that the tech will be at our home at 1130PM (2 1/2 hours after our appointment window.)
