Barre3 Henderson has been my home base for getting B3 strong physically and mentally. Instructors are superb and energized which helps motivate students to challenge themselves and build trust in their own bodies. Despite leaving the state I continue to rely on B3 Henderson for my fitness needs with livestream classes. Thank you Lauren for continuing to keep B3 Henderson doors open for us!

I like Signature 60 class at Barre3. Its challenging and fun. I like the music and the instructors are encouraging and uplifting. The classmates have always been friendly to me and the person at the front desk is always welcoming and cheerful. I know when I go to Barre3 I am going to get a good workout.
