I love Sin City Crossfit South!!!! I came in for my free introductory workout about 7 months ago, and I have been a regular ever since. I was scared to try it at first, I had no Crossfit experience and honestly I hadn't even been inside a gym for about 10 years. But I was instantly put at ease by the awesome trainers and all of the great people that workout here. I have seen great results as far as weight loss but it is the tremendous improvement in how I feel that really keeps me motivated. It really is like a family at Sin City Crossfit South, and just like a family everyone is welcome, even me, the weird uncle with the homeless man beard who talks too much and nobody really quite knows what he does a living.
