Thank you for a POSITIVE experience! Dr Joseph Lao and ALL of his staff were the BEST! They made me feel welcome from the first phone call through the selection of frames! WOW!!! Dr Lao was fantastic. He explained everything he was doing as he examined my eyes. He didnt rush and he listened to me with respect and understanding. In a world that is so rushed and busy, it is so nice to find a business that takes time and really cares about the people . A BIG THANK YOU to the ladies for helping me with frames, you all were amazing! Its not just the glasses that makes a Company a success. Its the people who work hard and really care that make that Company fail or succeed. Dr Lao, thank you for having such a great staff and thank you for your patience , understanding and commitment.
