All Things Eyes Sunset

I needed a new doctor and found Dr. Wong through my Insurance provider. I wanted to use an independent provider after using a chain for the last several years. The staff was phenomenal, however I found Dr. Wong lacking in professionalism. I made an appointment for 9:30am, I was 15 minutes early to give time to complete new patient paperwork because I wanted to be respectful of Dr. Wong's time. He came in at 10am, 30 minutes past my appointment time without even bothering to apologize for being late. His staff was fantastic and they were both apologetic, unfortunately that is not their responsibility, they both managed to make it to work on time. The rest of the appointment went fine and I marked it off as everybody has a bad day. The alarm clock doesn't work, unexpected accident one of a thousand things. I made an appointment for one week later for my wife, again 9:30am. Again his staff was there and he was not. His optician said that he was running at least an hour late, that I could make another appointment in another week. For the 2nd week in a row I got the excuse of "well traffic on 95 is bad". If only our phones had apps that could show route different routes so we could make it to work on time. It is kind of obvious that Dr. Wong lacks the ability to acknowledge that other people have commitments and if one is to run a small business it would behoove the principals involved to respect the time of the clients they depend on.

Everyone here was so helpful!! I was able to get in and out in a timely manner with options that worked with my insurance. Excited to get my glasses!

Thank you to the staff Kaleb, jack, and Dr Duong who were incredibly friendly and patient. The extensive glasses selection was impressive and fun to pick from. I Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-notch eye care and a fantastic eyewear range!

If you need an eye exam, COME HERE! Staff is very friendly, doctor was amazing, and they have the newest tech with Retinal pictures. Wait time was very short. They seem to be a brand new office and I felt like they really took their time to care for the patients. Glasses had a wide range of styles and prices. They had some nice luxury brands but also nice frames at affordable or covered prices. Come check them out!
