Got contact lenses and exam done quickly, when I had issues with contacts on my vacation! Appreciate the staff and doctor for taking care of me and getting me contacts within an hour.

This was the second attempt at the optometrist Kopolow Girisgen and Jones which operate this Pearle Vision and lease the space at the Lens Crafters at the Galleria Mall. The first visit at Lens Crafters didn't go well. This was a second attempt after the customer care people called and asked for another chance. The initial eye exam was fine, but when the glasses came in the prescription was off and actually made my vision worse. The tech checked several things but eventually told me I would have to come back for a re-check. This was dispute the fact the optometrist who conducted the initial eye exam was at the office and walking around. A third appointment was set and I requested the original optometrist so I wouldn't have to go through everything all over again. I left the office and within 10 minutes received a call from the manager of Pearle Vision who asked if the appointment could be with another optometrist because the initial one was in fact not working during the time my third appt was scheduled. It would be even later in the well before they could see me. So I cancelled my appt, asked for a refund for the glasses, and will look elsewhere for my vision needs.
First time shame on them. Second time shame on me. There won't be a third time.
I wish anyone who decides to use this Optometrist group the best of luck. Oh, and forgot to mention, the optometrist who diagnosed the initial prescription that was wrong was a managing partner.
