rooms look very nice but the first thing i was taught about hotels is to check for bed bugs and the first room was infested. Told Management and he was very rude and didn't believe me. second room i wanted to take a hot shower after seeing all the bedbugs and there was mold all around the top of the shower walls. Management was not very friendly about any of it . i would not stay or refer anyone to stay here. Don't be fooled by how nice a room might look bedbugs don't care how nice it is and neither does mold.

Every time I come through Elko, this motel is under different ownership with a different name. But it's consistently clean and inexpensive. Only downside for me was I found the bed uncomfortable, but that's rather subjective

Rooms: Nice bed, remodeling done recently, clean Walkability: Chinese restaurant in the same parking lot.

UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE TO SAY 21 YRS OF AGE TO RESERVE AND STAY, NOT 18 YRS OF AGE. Management turned an alone 19 year old young woman traveling by herself away. She had a room reserved and could only drive four hours at a time. Management said they didn't feel comfortable with her staying there. She left crying, frustrated, exhausted, and upset not knowing what to do right at that moment. There was a horrible storm that came through and it was really hard to see the highway. She had car trouble on the highway, thankfully a State Trooper stopped to helped her. How can you stand there and turn a young woman away, who is alone and exhausted. It's just really inexcusable and utterly unbelievable. Just blatant misleading and false advertising. STAY EXPRESS DOES NOT WELCOME GUESTS WITH OPEN ARMS LIKE THEIR ADS SAY!
