Had some transportation issues late at night after a long shift in Elko. It was like 27 degrees outside. I had no place to go and was stranded in the cold.
I called Shilo Inn and the night shift lady named Crystal was super friendly. Crystal helped me get a room and out of the cold. This was the best customer service I have ever had in Elko and I have lived around here for over a decade!
I will come back again just to stay for fun and let my kids swim in the pool. Way to go Crystal thanks for helping me get up out of the freezing temperatures. You Rock!!

Pool was out of service, ice machine was out of service... The room was a nice size, pet friendly with a little kitchen rea. However, it looked like it hadn't been swept. There was little bits of garbage all over. The sink in the kitchen was dirty as well as the bathtub and bathroom sink area. There were hairs on our sheets and pillowcases. It was so disappointing, we had to switch over to Best Western as we needed somewhere to stay for 3 nights. We did receive a refund for the last 2 nights.
Rooms: Big and spacious, not very clean. Stovtop with two panels, fridge, dishwasher, table and chairs, couch. Just not very clean.
