I went to United Federal Credit Union for the first time to join and open a CD. Krystina Durman was absolutely fabulous! She is so professional yet warm and friendly since it was going to be a trust account there were many things that I had to bring with me and she made the process very easy. I couldnt ask for a better experience and I look forward to working with her again. Everyone there was so helpful and accommodating and the building is just beautiful.

Brittney Kalar, MSA is one of the most helpful bankers I have ever encountered. I am a recent transplant to Carson City. She made doing business very easy for me. She set up three accounts for me, one for my new business. Upon returning she acquired a new credit card for my business, and worked with accountant to set up the books for my company. When she returned with my new credit card, she also returned a pair of glasses I had left in her office during our first appointment. I was surprised she knew the glasses were mine and more surprised that she had kept them for me. She is friendly, funny and very helpful.

Great bank. Great people. I needed an actual bank account instead of a pay card but, it takes so long for them process any payment outside of Zelle that I'm going to be switching back to the pay card for my direct deposit.
