        We had the most pleasant experience while working with Sierra on a HELOC. She went above and beyond expectations and truly worked a miracle. We will be returning to refinance our auto loan, and I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know who may be looking for a loan. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.

        I had an appointment on 5/29/2021 at 9:30 to open a savings account and alex the person i had the appointment with never showed up. I know customer service is dead, but this is insane. The bank was good and the tellers were nice. Just wasn't my day I guess.
