        The tellers are the worst. Theyre rude. Every time I go I expect a change in attitude, but its still the same. Management needs to make a change with tellers. Worse chase bank.

        I went in to have my customer status upgraded to veteran. The nice young lady that helped me was very good! I do not remember.

        Attitude is everything. If you choose to close your teller station early , you certainly dont need to snap at someone for asking a simple question . A young Hispanic female teller but my head off for asking a simple question in a pleasant.
