The maintenance team here is top-notch - they're always quick to respond and resolve any issues efficiently. The office staff is equally amazing, always greeting you with a smile and going the extra mile to make you feel at home. Plus, the community events they host truly bring everyone together, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere

We have lived here for 2.5 months so far and have no complaints! The apartment complex is quiet and conveniently located. Leasing staff are super quick and responsive (which seems hard to find these days). They were able to get us approved for an apartment so we could move quickly which was great! We have had to make a couple maintenance requests since moving in and they have been responsive and quick to fix anything.

The staff here is unbelievably caring and helpful. For any families with special needs children or family members looking for a place to call home. Please consider stopping by and talking with these wonderful people as they take very good care of my son and I and how they treat my son is with nothing but caring friendly personalities is more then I could ever ask for.

My uncle died of a cardiac event in his bed, suddenly, early February at this apartment complex. My mother was a co-tenant on the lease due to his disability and her being his legal guardian. They knew of this situation, yet they would not allow my mom to exit the lease after his death. She is now stuck continuing to pay his rent and utilities despite him being deceased and the unit fully cleaned and emptied. I hope people keep this in mind when choosing Adley at 72nd. Especially if you are looking for an apartment for a family member with a disability. Not only is she devastated and grieving, she is now struggling to handle her own finances due to losing his income toward his rent. I am disgusted by the heartlessness and inhumanity shown in this circumstance. Not only did my dad have to find him there after being in his life for almost 40 years, he and my mom are now continuously reminded of this traumatic event by a bill.
