This property is great. Quiet and relaxed environment. Alexandria in the leasing office is a wonderful leasing agent, and she helped make the move in process seamless for us which was so helpful. Would recommend!

I went with my girlfriend to check out Lux 96 for her, and I walked away very impressed. The apartments are great - spacious and beautiful. And the staff was amazing. As friendly and helpful as anyone Ive encountered. If she doesnt move there herself and we break up Im gonna look into it for my next place.

I've been a resident at Lux 96 now for several years. The apartment has all the finishes and amenities you would expect at a luxury apartment complex. Something that is above the standard that I noticed right away was the superior overhead lighting. A lot of complexes have very limited overhead lighting even in living/dining room areas. Lux 96 has a healthy amount of can light LEDs throughout the apartment providing plenty of lighting. There are a lot of newer apartment complexes that still only put in basic switch outlets in these spaces. It's then up to the renter to provide lamps for these switches to control the lighting. It's also very challenging to light up a larger room enough will only the use of lamps and floor lamps. Good on Lux 96 for spending the money during construction to provide quality lighting in their luxury apartments.
Location-wise, Lux 96 is situated in a convenient spot with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and highways. Commuting to work is a breeze, and there are plenty of nearby parks for outdoor activities.

I have never encountered a nicer leasing staff like Lux 96. They are so very genuine people who go above and beyond to make you feel not only welcome but for you to overall enjoy your home. The apartments are quiet, clean, and overall safe. The maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and effectively. I am very happy to call Lux home. Dont look anywhere else, find your home at Lux!
