        Awful experience. I went for a simple TB test and the women working used the wrong persons insurance, causing me to have to pay out of pocket when in reality my insurance would have covered it, IF SHE WOULD HAVE CLICKED ON THE RIGHT INSURANCE. Now I have to deal with my insurance and trying to get refunded for the payment I shouldnt have been charged for in the first place.. Negligence doesnt even began to describe this clinic. Beware.

        I have had other Minute Clinic experiences at other locations that were wonderful. This place was awful. The person that was doing the initial paperwork and vitals was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. They also messed up the input of the insurance information, leaving me to deal with unnecessary follow up.
