        All I needed was to establish care with a primary Dr. I encountered obstacles making the appt., again when trying to schedules tests. Lab results were never shared. Test orders were incorrect. No explanation gives for the mistake. I did get one call from the nurse after my first appt stating that the Dr wanted to apologize for the chaos on my first visit. It seems every day there is chaos. Glad I want sick!
