Great service at Pearle Vision! I went in for an exam and glasses, they were slammed! The ladies there handled themselves very well! Even with the not too patient crowd. Picked up my glasses and was offered a $50 credit for my google review! I couldnt imagine anyone giving a bad review! Very happy with the service. Looking forward to referring my coworkers! The manager sent me out with 50% off coupons for healthcare workers!!
This location is under new management! Keep working hard ladies!

Terribly disappointing experience. Glasses were delayed after a problem at the lab, but there was no communication unless it was initiated by me. After passing two deadlines, when I did call to check on the progress of my order I was treated rudely and with much attitude. Previously, I purchased my eye wear through my doctor's office, but thought maybe Pearle Vision would be a cheaper option. It wasn't much cheaper at all and came with a big headache! Also of note, they pay $50 for five star reviews which leads me to question any five star review I see on here.
