They Gave out the wrong address to their building (complete opposite side of town). On my way back across town, when I was 5 minutes away from the correct address and on time, they canceled my appointment because the doctor wanted to go home. Terrible customer service!!! They cancel on me at 4:58 and my appointment was at 5
