This company basically ghosted me after our claim came out as less than we hoped. At first, they seemed really helpful and knowledgeable. Dylan was pretty responsive. Then he stopped replying. The owner told me he'd moved to Colorado suddenly, which it sounded like he was still texting me from Colorado even. The owner, Tom, then said he would be the one handling things, and now I haven't heard back from him at all. Even if he got back to me now, I would not trust that he would finish the job.

Tom and his crew replaced our shake shingle roof with C4 impact resistance shingles. Above & beyond the call of duty. They arrived on time, with a huge crew and stayed until dark & finished before a huge thunderstorm hit. Came back the next morning to finish someting they couldn't see to complete the might before. Tom & the entire crew were friendly, courteous & worked extremely hard. We appreciate all they did for us & highly recommend Integrity Roofing!
