        I used to love going to Pepperjax but since they started online orders, it feels like you have to wait forever to even place an order because they keep filling online orders. Even when they did take my order, barely anyone talked to me except to ask the bare minimum for my order. I got all the way down the register before I was finally able to tell anyone that I wanted fries, which then I had to wait even longer for, when they could've dropped them in the fryer earlier if someone had asked. Other than the cashier, I doubt anyone said more than 3 sentences to me.
