This pharmacy refused to fill a medication for post-surgery pain. If you have surgery, do NOT get your meds filled here. They will not fill them accordingly thanks to maria

Let us start off by saying that everything was great for most of the year. I did not have a problem with this pharmacy. However, I will not be going back and I will encourage everyone not to spend their hard earned money here. It only takes one bad egg to spoil the carton. This is what happened in my experience. I always call ahead for my prescription to be filled, and they are always consistent with filling out on time. However, they told me it would be ready in 10 min. I waited about 2 h to head that way. I figured that would be plenty of time. Unfortunately, it was not. I was told that it was not ready and that I would have to go to the back of the line. I was off work and it was -12 and the wind was blowing. I was ready to go home. I asked nicely if they could just get it put together quickly so I could go. They told me, and I asked to see the pharmacist (Maria), she gladly told me that they are not a fast food restaurant and sent me back to the line. Upset, I went to the back of the line for 30 more minutes, picked up my prescription, and left. I went back a couple more times. I didnt see that Maria was working and had no problem until today. I asked a pharmacist to refill my prescription. I get no other than, you guest it, Maria. She asks for my name and date of birth and says right from the beginning, you don't need to fill your prescription here. I asked why, and she stated rudely that i left a bad review. I explained that I left a bad review for her not the pharmacy. I asked her to speak to her boss because she refused to serve me. She beat around the bus as to who it was. She then said it was Austin Alavarde. Told me I needed to call 800# to reach him instead of his direct line. Please know I am very easy to please. This is not about Walmart or the pharmacy. It is about Maria. Please help her find a new job. She obviously hates her current one. :)
