They say We Believe in Better.....I would like to know better for whom. I called in prescriptions July 17th and they still have not arrived as of Aug 3rd. This is BP meds, we are now totally out because Castia RX has failed miserably to do their job. I was able to call the Dr and get an emergency script at another pharmacy. This was after being lied to by several employees at Castia that continued saying they mailed it. I would not use them if our insurance didn't require us to. They deserve 0 stars...total FAIL!!!!

LDI had really improved over the years and now it's back to terrible communication and extremely frustrating. I tried to refill a medication at the beginning of June. It's now July. Last Tuesday I called to find out where it was and it was set for pick up instead of delivery for some mysterious reason. I asked that it be held for me while they process a second medication. It's now Monday and when I arrived, I'm told the first medicine was sent for delivery and the second hasn't been filled and I have to wait. I drove 35 miles to come here to try to lessen confusion and get the meds I need. I'm sick from not having them and my insurance gives me no other choices. These folks need to step up.

I used the automated system to refill 3 prescriptions for my husband on Thursday, June 7th. As of Wednesday, June 13th, they have still not been delivered. I call customer service and waited on hold for 10 minuets before speaking to anyone. Jason (ID# 1097 in Omaha) informed me that only one prescription had been processed and it was not processed until the evening of Sunday, June 10th. He also told me I need to request my refill sooner and that your automated system is not an efficient way to refill my prescriptions. I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes. I am very disappointed in your service.
