Hy-Vee Pharmacy

Such a bad experience! Had surgery and need medications at a certain time, the pharmacy said the medication was ready then sent me home with only 1 out of 3 medications needed. When I called about the other 2 medications they proceeded to tell me the medication's would be ready within the next 5 minutes over the course of 3 hours without ever explaining what is taking so long! Extremely disappointed!

I have no idea how this HY-VEE pharmacy has such good reviews. Every interaction I have had I have either been lied to or disrespected. Papillon was very busy also but I was never lied to or disrespected by staff. Unfortunately I live in west O now. I dont know where to go but I definitely am not staying with this HY-VEE.

When I tell you that this pharmacy is amazing, wow!!! They most def are! Switched from Walgreens to here and have been blown away at the customer service, friendly staff and care they give to ALL! Love them all but a special shout out to Delaney for remembering my wifes and my name! 10/10 recommend.

Came here for my 6 PM Covid vaccine appointment on time. After waiting for 20 minutes, went up to the counter to ask if they had me in the queue since people who came later than me were going in. They said I was and they will call me shortly. After waiting for another 30 minutes and was the last one remaining, I went back up and they admitted to mixing up the paperwork. Very shoddy service. Will go for my pharmacy needs elsewhere.
