Above and beyond is all I have to say! Throw a task that seems impossible to you at Jolene and she takes it with ease! I needed to sell my home and my situation was unique. She walked me through how to prepare to sell my home, walked me through listing my home and then the process of selling! Sold in less than 24 hours! I sold the home I raised my kids in and she held my hand the whole way through. She was even stung by wasps! I am beyond grateful and thankful for this experience and couldnt have done this without her! She has the most caring soul that I have ever seen in a person! Youre crazy to use anyone else! We were in Arizona for the winter but wanted to purchase a house in Omaha NE for our daughter and her husband. Jolene was absolutely wonderful working with us . Several times she went with my sister to view homes and then when we were back in Omaha she stuck with us and we found a wonderful home. She was with us every step of the way and really made the process easy.

Jolene was the perfect person to see me and my kids through this process. She always kept our needs and wants in mind. She was kind and caring and made sure we didnt settle just because we liked something. Jolene made sure to listen and take into consideration how frustrating, scary and stressful home buying can be and walked me through each and every step. I love this woman! I cant say enough about her! Mere words cant express the satisfaction of a job well done, but Ill try. First off thank you again Jolene for being my realtor and new friend. She is not just another realtor. This lady is always professional, honest ( even if you dont want to hear it) intuitive, a hard worker that loves what she does and it shows. I relocated hundreds of miles away ( cameras all around the house) and she treated my home as if it was her own. Joeleen with her wonderful husband took care of my home with so much care that I was able to sleep well at night. How did I find her? She sold my neighbors house for a nice price within a matter of days. I thought they got that much money for that house, during this high inflation w/ interest rates at a record high too! I had to have her! She sold my house for what I needed and then some. I was able to double what I paid for it and have a nice sum for myself ,after her cut of course and fees. I highly recommend her for all the reasons above, but most of all, bc she has a great supporting husband. The two are a power house. You get two for the price of one!
