Sonic Drive-In

I have been coming here for more than a year and the service has progressively declined. It takes for ever for someone to take your order. Food comes decently timely, but I just sat for nearly 20 minutes in the drive through at the microphone, not even including time in line where I watch several people drive off due to wait time. When I finally left without placing my order, and there was a long line behind me, the person was in the drive through window playing with 3d glasses. And no one was being helped. Just ridiculous!

The stalls are kind of small. The food is good but will make you feel funky after.

Looked up 24 hour drive thru on google after landing at 2am at the airport following a day full of delays. I was starving. I went straight here after getting my bags. They served everyone ahead of me and when I pull up they say were closed with no explanation. At least have the courtesy to say why. And dont advertise 24 hours if youre not actually going to operate for 24 hours.

I get the promos texted to me when they have deals going on. I get a text for them having the 6-in chili cheese coneys for a $1.29. The text says I can order online, through the app, or mention at the drive-in. Their app won't let me input a promo code, and when I try ordering in the drive-in, I'm told that the manager only takes the order if it's done through the app. They wouldn't even look at the text that I have that says I can order in the drive-in, nor are they willing to make an exception for the app that won't even take the promo code for the promotion. C'mon now.
