Terrible! My order was placed from LG, and scheduled for a delivery in 10 days. I would not have ordered through LG except I had been issued a store credit due to a warranty issue. Regardless there was a 10 day delivery from the time of order. The day before the delivery, my order showed that it was with RXO and would be delivered the next day. That night I received a text from RXO that my delivery would have to be rescheduled. The earliest available day was another week and a half out. I called customer service (multiple times) and could not get ANY help. I insisted that I would just come pick my order up from them, they would then transfer me to LG then hang up!

They were awesome brought into the house so we didn't have to lift the heavy boxes up the steps. Was an great experience all packages were i great shape no damages. Would highly recommend

The guys were great. Had a little trouble handling the king mattress. ( Too heavy) Didn't see any damage though. Did not contact me prior to delivery. But not a big deal. Hopefully this one performs a little better. Estimated time was pretty accurate. Thank you

This company has been sitting on my order for days! No local number! Everyone you speak with is in Mumbai! Sharp! Get you USA customer service agents that know how to deal with clients! I'm so sick and tired of companies walking over dollars picking up dimes having customer service in a foreign country! Tells me your cheap!!!

I received a products from IKEA. To my astonishment they brought the packages into the house. WOW!! I was thrilled.I was prepared to open the boxes on the porch and have to to take out the pieces one by one to bring into the house. Thank you for the great service! The gentleman were great!
