        Purchased a sofa that was delivered and set in place. Light use for 1 yr, no kids. Went to move it, leg support and end piece broke off. Junk? Damaged in delivery? Response was :sorry, its been a year. But quality, not price.

        I don't think I've ever bough anything at a Williams-Sonoma. If I see one I usually walk through it just to check out all of the stuff, but when it comes time to buy it just seems like there's better options. For me, it's a window shopping store.

        Their trade group is quite possible one of the worst, most unorganized groups there is. On my 5th phone call this morning, taking over 1 hour to try to get through. They don't keep their online order status updated and accurate. None of their WFH customer service seem to have service that works and constantly disconnect you. Ordered in June with 2-4 week lead-times quoted and still trying to get just and update.
