For 2 yrs in a row I have paid for a service agreement for my furnace. Both times I have had to contact them about it. 1st time winter was almost over by the time it was taken care of. This time, after numerous attempts to have it done & also requesting an invoice for having my air repaired & paying for ageement, I finally ask for a refund. I received an inv that had nothing on it for the repair nor did the total come close to the amt I pd them & a refund for what he says I am owed. I requested a corrected receipt for the service done & an explanation as to how he came to the refund. Once again, I am being ignored.

Called a month after installation and every year after, most of the time he was not responsive. Once the warranty ran out, he stated it wasnt his fault that he never answered, that he is one person with thousands of customers. Very unprofessional, use a real company with more than one employee. Shane and his guys are amazing. Brasch has been our go to and referral to all of the homes we've owned and all the friends we have. Honest, great customer service, knowledgeable, fair prices.

Where do I begin they installed the outside ac unit and from the beginning it never worked like I would like they came out and added Freon and did a little better but still had issues. The next year it was the same thing I called twice and they never came out well I called 2021 well lucky for them the labor warranty had expired two months ago and said why didnt I call before and I told them I did for the past two years then they changed it to well I have other customers and apparently its only one person working. How can one person take care of all the customers and if you pay extra he will come out to you early I would have to wait till July I guess my labor warranty doesnt matter. Save yourself a headache and money and go to a real company. Service: A/C system repair
