Just stopped by overnight around 1 in the morning to grab a gallon of water. As I approached the door a light skin middle age female was mopping and watches me open the door and says nothing to me. I then kindly greet her saying hello hows it going? she makes eye contact and acts as if she cant hear me. I quickly grab my water amd watch her see me waiting at the register for about 4 minutes. The moment a black gentleman walks in shes quick to say hello and approach the counter. As a frequent customer id have to say it would be wise to have the music turned down for sake of customers respect, 2 it would be wise to greet the night time people who frequent your location and all customers for that matter. Its us regular customers that shop at this kum n go overnight that will be the ones to help in case of robbery or suspicious activity, etc. However when you have seemingly racist workers that are apparently rude such as the female doing overnight thursday march 2 at 2 30am, nobodys gonna want to help. This location has consistently hired overly rude seemingly racist african american overnight workers. None of them last for long and are temporaray fill ins, i have had an interview with kum n gos district manager and she will be hearing about this soon i hope. Its not the first incident of rude behavior and loud inappropriate rap hip hop being turned up way too high. But this time i would like to share my opinion and feelings.
