I went there two days in a row, and they messed up my coffee both days. First day, they gave me a coffee with 6 pumps of caramel, 6 creams and 6 sugars, when all I ordered was a normal iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar, which is 3 of each. It was too sweet it made me sick. The second day I ordered a iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar again and was given a iced black coffee with caramel. The lady at the window didnt even talk to me at the window and my order was so rushed, they didnt check to make sure they got my order right, which was simply a normal coffee that a machine literally does the work and makes the coffee for them, they have to make sure to hit the right coffee on the machine which they apparently cant do. Never going to this location again. I will drive out of my way to go to the Dunkin by my house since theyve never messed up my order.
