        Arrived after biking for 11 miles in the rain and eating a warm donut and sipping an iced coffee never tasted so good.

        I went inside and stood in line at the counter for five minutes by the manager, and her boss saw me there and nobody took my order for 5 minutes and I walked out. They even looked at me and didnt say anything. terrible service.

        I love Dunkin' and the staff was really nice. My only complaint would be that there should be a chart or something that shows when a person wants a coffee regular, or light and sweet etc... I don't know how many sugars or creams are needed to make the coffee right. I don't know the delivery system so I think a chart of some sort would be helpful to everyone.
