Good location and low rent. It seems the current Mgr is cycling out the problem tenants and the issues that came with them are going away at a noticeable pace. The current Mgr is active at getting problem tenants out or their actions corrected. That was one of my biggest issues. This building is old and has decades of neglected maintenance, that's my other issue. Even though the place still has maint issues, the current maintenance crew seems more engaged than the previous crew. These two things are the reason I've 'upgraded' my review. I forgot to mention i have surprising closet space. Have to repeat, can't beat the location with a stick. If you can be a little patient, you might like it. I'm likely going to renew my lease. Again.

Current resident; can't wait to move out. Building isn't as updated as the "model apartment" would make it seem. Washing machines are either constantly out of order or filthy (not to mention they keep raising the prices to use them). Had a massive leak in my ceiling less than a month after moving into my current apartment a year ago, and then the same spot leaked again this year. Maintenance broke some dishes last year while cleaning up and it took months of me asking for them to repair the ceiling afterwards. They only fixed it when the city came through and did inspections. In the three and a half years I've lived here (between two different apartments), there have been at least five different property managers. Management company clearly doesn't care about this building, except to raise rents every year. Avoid.
