Not the worst, but definitely not the best. I had a short lease and knew what I was getting into. Apartment was nice and maintenance was super helpful. Rarely saw the manager and did not speak to her until right before leaving to discuss checkout. Hallways are noisy. Police were called a couple of times while living there. There was an apartment above me that would have a man screaming at someone frequently at random hours during the night and early mornings. Fire alarms would sound frequently with no cause. I have lived at worst places, but I've definitely lived at better places.

I have lived here for three years. It was a really good experience and super close to work. I used the coffee machine and weight room almost every day. Cecilia is a great manager, and the team at Spaces Apartments are very friendly and responsive! I would highly recommend this apartment complex looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

Abby and Cecilia have been amazing to me ever since I moved in a year ago, I have zero complaints about this place! Im always telling people I know how great of an establishment it is!! Feels like family here

I've only been living here for a little bit but I love it. The amenities are great, its very quiet and peaceful. Parking can be a pain to find after a certain hour but I haven't had much trouble. The office are amazing to work with, both the manager and leasing agent have been great. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet environment to live at.

I've lived here for about 3 years and have little to complain. The management is very responsive to any problems that come up and the building continues to be a nice apartment building that's a nice walk to Midtown Crossing
