Park on Center Apartments

Park on center is a really nice property and the leasing consultant Madison was very attentive and helpful in my apartment searching. You can tell she really cares about the residents and her job!

I'm going on 3 years living here. I like it. Maintenance is super quick to answer order requests. Only thing I would ever like to change is yearly touch ups. Other than that I don't have a reason to leave yet. Yesenia at the leasing office has always been helpful.

Liked the apartment I just moved in here at parks on center. Apartment is clean. No bugs or roaches. The leasing was very helpful. Changing and giving me the right apartment and doing the changes to my lease document in no time on the day of move-in. Alejandra is a great leasing consultant. Quite approachable and helpful.

We scheduled a tour last week, and when we arrived we were told there were no available units to tour and rescheduled to today. We arrive early for our tour time, and are met with a be back at 1:15 sign, our tour was scheduled for 1. We understand, lunch breaks exist for a reason and absolutely should be taken, but not during a scheduled tour time. After quick grabbing a snack and something to drink, we arrive back to be told that there are no units available to tour again. Thankfully the office lady was able to allow us to tour an apartment that was recently moved out of and was being cleaned. Unfortunately because of the state the apartment was in and the apartments surrounding the unit, we were very disappointed in what we toured. I just wish we couldve seen a clean model to get a realistic view of what life could be like here. A lot of the apartments we saw on the way to the unit seemed to be in disarray, which is none of our business, but being proud of the community you live in and your home is really important to us, and we know that it is important for others as well. Just beware that scheduled tour times do not necessarily mean set in stone. Thank you again to the lady who showed us the unit even though it wasnt ready! You saved our day.
