Service was ok, room was clean. The location is a little behind everything and ma make some uncomfortable, but it was very safe. We had no issues. Breakfast wasn't the very best but the rooms weren't expensive. They did require that we put $100 down as a deposit for incidentals. The clerk we had was very polite and explained everything. The gentleman right in front of us raised he'll with him shouting and calling names about the $100 deposit. Remember, that's not the clerks policy that's the hotel management. That young man was very professional, and I needed to make sure I mentioned that. Rooms: Clean, there is an elevator for second and third floor. My daughter had 2 dogs and paid an extra $40 EACH for them. That was a little steep but the room wasn't expensive so it evens out. Pet friendly rooms are usually on the first floor too. I was on yhe third floor and it was nice and quiet.

The beds are hard and the toilet in the bathroom is so low it is hard to get up from.

Stayed here during severe record setting cold winter weather: snow/ice, blizzard conditions, high winds and low visibility to boot. Stacy and Raquel were awesome hostesses ! They both had to drive to work in horrible conditions (like described above) but both smiled, were friendly and helpful, and did everything with joy and happiness! I hope Choice Hotels rewards these 2 ladies. They are wonderful employees! Thank you for making my stay comfortable!

1st of all website did not say pool was outdoors but it actually permanently closed. No hot tub, t.v. in our room didn't work and no maintenance man til Monday. Outlet in our room was hanging out of the wall. Very rude lady at front desk. She didn't want to be bothered. She was busy on her phone talking to her friend. Not knowledgeable about the area. There was a Country inn and suites 3 miles away with a pool and hot tub but couldn't switch our reservation. Nearby activities: None
