Food was really good. I like there taco salad very filling slow service but that's everywhere. I highly recommend this place

I wish I could put zero stars because I had two orders and the girl only brought out one then made us wait 25 minutes in the parking lot she came out I told her I had another order she ignored me, we went back in the drive through she said it didnt exist. We showed her the receipt and she gave it to us but she looked annoyed, and funny how the order was ready to go in a bag with our name on it COLD.

It was disappointing to drive thru the drive thru on Wednesday 11/17/21. I pulled up and the parking lot was empty looking and the lights were off it was 7:20PM so I knew they werent closed. I pulled up to the menu and no one said anything for 5 minutes so I drove by the drive thru window to see many employees just sitting in there. I thought maybe I didnt hit the buzzer when I drove up so I decided to drive around and try again. Sat there for 5 more minutes while a worker looked out the window at me in the drive thru playing on her phone. Shortly before I decided to leave, multiple employees came out and not ONE of them said anything to me even though I had my window rolled down ready to order. They all got into random cars that had pulled into the parking lot while 3 other cars sat confused behind me. They were playing music loud, honking in the parking lot, and straight up rude. To make it even more irritating the employees came out with drinks and food in their hand making it seem as if they all just quit and walked out. I dont really mind I didnt get service, I just wish they could have been more professional and told me they werent working anymore rather than walking right past my car and not saying anything to me. This is also not the first time Ive been upset with this location, so Ill have to stick to the 84th location from now on where they are most of the time friendly.

Just went through ordered a spicy nugget combo, but got a 4x4. My nuggets are not even spicy. Called to have them fix it but the only way that can be done is for me to come back in to get a refund or replace my food. Im back at work and dont have time.
Why do I have to be inconvenienced when I spent $8 and got $5 worth of food?!
