The manager was very nice and it was so busy and she was training a new person. Definitely be back.

DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT EAT HERE. Tonight my husband and I went to order from the front because the intercom was not working well when we tried the drive through. When we went inside we ordered and immediately after this crazy/homeless man is rushing the cashier to try order food and is rude to her. She refuses to serve him and ended up having to call the police because he started trying to get customers to order for him. Disturbing the peace of the lobby. I ordered two large fries, #6- 12 piece nuggets, a tackle box combo, one biscuit, and a cheesecake. It took almost an hour to get my order. What we received was a tackle box, #6- 12 piece nuggets, no large fries. Worst experience ever.

I asked for ranch with my order. I asked again at the window if she heard me and she said yes and I still didn't get any ranch. I also ordered a 3 piece chicken and I hot 2 small wings and 1 small backbone. The employees are too busy telling stories, gossiping and yelling at each other to understand what us customers are ordering. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Terrible service the employees move in slow motion. It took a full 10 minutes just to place my order then I spent the next 20 waiting. I watched other customers and doordash drivers turn around and leave after being told the wait will be 30-40 minutes... for some precooked chicken ?! Honestly made me feel different about coming to Popeyes in the future.. hope this helps !
