After carefully choosing a builder we decided to go with Stoneybrook homes. The building process was one of the best experiences in our life. Our home is beautiful. We have now Built two homes with Stoneybrook Townhomes. From the initial meeting all the way through closing Troy and Stephanie are the absolute best builders and people we know. They build a superb quality home and truly care about their customer. You do not find many homebuilders that will work with the customer personally during the building process. That process is normally done by the real estate company or agent. They both are more than happy to assist helping along the way. They handle their business in the most professional manner and build a superb home. Since we live in a townhome one of the many things they do is put a block brick wall as the center wall between the two units. This means that you get fire protection along with a very quiet wall between the two units. I would highly recommend that if youre in the market to build a townhome or house to definitely either talk with their agent or them personally. We were novices in the process of building a new home. We needed special handicap accommodations for my mother who was going to come live with us which Troy incorporated into our new home. Troy and his professional team at Stonybrook Homes came highly recommended and their professionalism, high quality work ethics, excellent communication, and pride in providing a superior townhome product was evident throughout the building process.
