      Thanks for the heads up Chloe. Which location and time were you there? Most smoothie shops serve the same 16 ounce and 24 ounce so I’m not sure why that would be but we definitely want to find out what happened because nobody ever complains about our smoothie flavor :-) The price may be because we only use 100% real juice and fruit. No high-fructose corn syrup.

      Thank you your feedback. It is very much appreciated. Did you add flavor? The chai drink itself is sweet, but sometimes we have requests to add flavor, which makes it extremely sweet!
