        Today, I tried the lavender latte at my local Caribou, located in Hy Vee. I received an email that said I would get 50 extra perks points for trying the lavender drink, but when I got home I saw that no extra points had been awarded. The manager I spoke to at HyVee told me it's a Caribou problem and they can't do anything about it. I frequently receive email offers for call-ahead or online orders only, but the only Caribou in my town is in HyVee, and they don't accept call-ahead or online orders, so I miss a lot of promotions. This, however, was not an online-only promotion, and I went in and ordered. I am beginning to be tired of not receiving the perks points I should be getting. I really like Caribou best of all the local coffees, but I might have to take my business elsewhere. Not a happy customer.
