Across Time Carpet Cleaning & More

I am very happy with the service I received. I called early in the week and was able to have my carpets cleaned by the end of the week. Price was quoted over the phone and didn't change. We have pets and new puppy accidents that we did our best to clean but still felt there was a lingering odor. I am happy to say the carpets are clean and no pet odor.

Groupon Offer Too Good to Be True! I had an appointment at 1pm. No show. I called. No answer. I texted. They responded they were at a funeral and would call me when done. Now, why would they have not rescheduled, knowing they had a funeral? Next, there was no call. I called and texted again, and was told they would contact me the next day. No show. No Call. I understand funerals happen, yet No Respect for my time taking time off and preparing my entire home to be ready for service. Would never count on this company to show up! I should have believed the Better Business complaints. ======================================================= Now they claim I was never a client - I have photo shots of the texts, yet will not post unless the company pursues the disclaimer. For a "Christian based company" their lies continue!

We hired Across Time to initially clean our carpets and get rid of some pet stains. They examined all of the stains and listened to all our needs. They were thorough and we were super happy with the results. During the visit, they mentioned they also clean air ducts. We had been meaning to clean our air ducts for some time but just never got around to it. We had some recent remodeling finished and knew our home had drywall dust and other pet dander in the ducts that really needed cleaned. We hired them to come back to clean the ducts. We learned so much about air duct cleaning when they were here. They walked us through all the vents they’d be cleaning including the air returns. They also showed us video of how their machine captures all the debris in the vents. The machine they use is unique in that it not only vacuums the interior, but it has a brush that extends into your vents and rotates while pulling back the debris into the vacuum. That way it captures all the debris. They pulled a lot out of our vents and now we noticeably see the result by less dust settling on shelves, etc in our house. Amazing work!
