This Branch was closed for a few months, and the UBT business website or App wasn’t working either for several days. It was Not a good situation to say the lease. However now that they are open and they have contacted me and their customer service has always been top-notch thank you for reaching out to me and making sure I am and continue to be a satisfied customer.

I love going to this Union Bank branch - it runs very efficiently and I am rarely standing in line waiting to speak with a teller for longer than a minute or two. The banking staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Kensie answered all of my questions related to my loan options as a 2nd degree seeking student and shared additional resources that could prove to be helpful in my future endeavors. She also took the time to share great ideas about business strategies for a personal training studio that I work at.
