Sam Harris is the best! We were super stressed after a long day driving, traveling to close on our home. She is calm and extremely professional! I've been with Union Bank for almost 20 years and today I went to this branch location which is not the normal one I use, but it made me want to pull all my money out and go somewhere else. I took in 3 bonds to cash in. First, the teller made a mistake on the interest of one of them by $20. Then when he gave me the total of $350, I pointed out that one of the bonds was for $1000. He had entered it for $100. At this point I asked for someone else to come help me with the transaction. The woman who came out was rude and kept rolling her eyes. I said I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be difficult but he made 2 mistakes on one transaction, that is too many. I will never return to this branch and will start shopping for other banks.

Mrs Stein Mach is my dream loan officer!!! She is so kind, helpful, patience, experienced and thoughtful. She helps us to apply for my Dads VA loan and our situation is pretty complicated due to many things/deal involved but she is so calm and happy to guide me through. We truly appreciate her help and kindness. Mr Taron Lewis is amazing too. He provides quick, great customer service, very humble and makes client s feel welcomed. It is amazed to see people like them work with care and passion! I enjoy our local banks service. Thank you so much. our community is lucky to have great banker like them!
