Deer Park Apartments, Lincoln, ne

I loved living at Deer Park! I had a one-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the second floor of building 1. Loaded with storage space! I loved the walk-in closet in the bedroom! Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Management and maintenance personnel were very good and easy to deal with when I lived there. Reasonably quiet, and always good parking available. Easy access to downtown Lincoln--about a 5-10 minute commute to work for me--also easy to get on I-80 when I had to go to Omaha. Highly recommend!

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you are considering being a co-signer you must HAVE IMMACULATE CREDIT. No where did it state that when applying, so after my credit was pulled it was instantly denied. They at least could've communicated a bit and gave us a heads up on what the expectancy was, before sabotaging this entire process. At the end of the day they know what the ideal candidate looks like and what they want from a customer so maybe they should provide better customer experience and let them know what they expect from a co signer from the start.

Lived here for 3 years. DO NOT RENT HERE. Too many rules. Wouldn't let me have a dish, even though I placed in a bucket of sand and wasnt attached to anything. Management blows. They are always watching you likes its an HOA. The maintenance man is a snitch. ZERO PRIVACY HERE!

Salt water pool, sand volleyball, ball court. Cheaper rent per month all electric. Quiet tendants. Great place to live.
