Could be one of the best apartments in Lincoln! Have been living here for more than two years. This nice and fancy wall shown in the pic has been my favorite. The huge windows are great too, very nice view outside. When my lease ended, my deposit was fully returned to me, that was amazing!

We stayed in the IANR Apartments as an alternative to a hotel. In fact because the king bed apartment wasnt ready when we arrived we stayed in two different apartments for 4 nights.
Both mattresses need to be replaced, the pillows are awful, the furnished kitchen has almost nothing in it. And dont get me started on the linens. Im not sure that I would use the bath towels as rags if they were at my house.
Head to a hotel! This place isnt worth it!

The building is fine. Nothing special and rent is at the top of the going rate. The management is why I am giving this one star. They say one thing and do another with no regard for tenants. Mgr. April stranded us for hours on move-in day for no reason and with no remorse.
