Professionally handled by Steve. I thought you had 24/7 emergency services?? Our air conditioner broke down on Saturday (92 degree day) and service (steve was awesome as usual, high quality repair) was not performed until Monday morning however. Don't you have people on call ?

Not worth what you pay. The only outstanding part is maintenance, those guy are incredible! While my rent continues to increase, I see nothing better about my place to justify it. I loved it the first few years, and now I wish I could just get out.

We moved to this community about five months ago and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! These Villias are so much nicer compared to apartment living. The management staff are helpful. Maintenance orders have been resolved quickly. Our only compliant, would be the Heat-Pump (A/C & Heat). They seem to be delicate and require more attention then your usual HVAC setup. The thermostats that are in the units are also a bit dated. Programming your desired temps manually, four times a day (wake, leave, return, sleep) for all seven days is a pain. Hopefully traffic in the area dont get too congested once Brynwood (Apartments) open. It seems to have a lot of units. - Overall, Happy Residents!
